Solar: Generating New Ideas, Solving Big Problems

With the move to retrofit our flagship 74,000 square foot plant in Iowa with 576 solar panels, we have reduced our carbon footprint by saving:

…and our lighting upgrades are saving an additional 105 tons of CO2 annually.

Efficient Design and Eco-Friendly Practices

Our efficiency of design results in reduced parts counts in the product. This means our injection presses operate more efficiently and make our manufacturing process greener per parts produced. Our move to plastic-free packaging reduces the amount of waste passed on to consumers, and upgrades to end-of-arm robotics fuel production and decreases operational costs.
